The Latest on the Australian Catholic Youth Festival 2017

The Australian Catholic Youth Festival is a national gathering of Catholic young people established by the Australian Catholic Bishops Conference. It provides young people with an opportunity to deepen their relationship with Jesus, be empowered to be disciples in the world today, and encounter and celebrate the vitality of the Church in Australia.

Discounted accommodation for youth ministry groups in Melbourne!
If you are planning on going to ACYF in Sydney this year with your youth ministry group and are looking for accommodation for under $50 a night; make sure you check out the great campsite which the AOY has booked for Melbourne groups. Spaces are very limited so please note that there is an application process. Group Coordinators Free before 31 May
As an incentive for Group Coordinators to register early ACYF is waiving the cost of their registration if they register before 31 May. This is limited to groups of 10 people or more and only one complimentary registration per organisation, school, community, or equivalent (N.B. Final discretion of this offer sits with the ACBC Office for Youth)

ACYF Leader Subsidies 

In order to assist groups in attending the Youth festival, the AOY is offering a limited number of subsidies to assist with the registration costs of group leaders. Group Coordinators and supplementary group leaders from youth groups in the Archdiocese of Melbourne are encouraged to apply. Successful applicants will receive a grant of $220 to cover the cost of their early bird registration fee. There is a limit of two subsidies per group. Apply HERE
