The AOY is participating in some national research developed by the Christian Research Association of Australia to measure the vitality of the various youth ministries that are active in the Archdiocese of Melbourne. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are two surveys – one for leaders and one for young people. The Leaders Survey (for those in active leadership roles) aims to collect reflections on some aspects of youth ministry and Church. The Young People’s Survey (for 10-35 years old) seeks to understand more about the sorts of things young people enjoy, the ways they think and their reflections on some aspects of youth activities and Church. The surveys take about 15 minutes each to complete and will provide much needed data to assist us in evangelisation and ministry. 

All survey responses are anonymous but respondents have the option to also enter their email address to go into the draw to win one of two $100 gift vouchers.

 

Our two surveys are closing soon and we are still needing some more responses – especially for the Youth Survey. Please get your young people (aged 10-35 years old) to complete this survey in your first youth group session back – it’s their chance to have their say! All participants go into the draw to win a $100 gift voucher (one prize for each survey) which will be drawn on Friday 3rd March. The more responses the better the research!
