In 2019, AOFE will continue to offer programs, events and resources that encourage and form parish leaders to a creative and imaginative approach to the proclamation of the Good News in their local settings. Here's a snapshot of what’s on offer in the first quarter:

Commissioning Mass for Lay Ecclesial Ministers

Liturgy planning seminar: ‘The Lenten Jesus: Discerning the Way’
Come and join us for a liturgy planning seminar, including two keynote presentations and a range of workshops to assist parish and school liturgy teams in planning for this significant time in the Liturgical year. Topics include: Liturgy Planning 101 (Patricia Murray), RCIA: The period of purification and enlightenment (Rev Dr Elio Capra SDB), Music: Repertoire for the season of Lent/Holy Week & Easter (Paul Taylor & Larissa Cairns), Breaking open the Lenten Word (Rev Dr Chris Monaghan CP), Prayer & Outreach: Building a contemplative Parish (Mary Ryan), Scripture: Focussing on the Vigil readings (Cathy Jenkins) and Prayer & Outreach: Project Compassion (Caritas).
