The following templates have been prepared for use by parishes to assist in promoting local Christmas masses, carols, Christmas giving tree and other activities. They are provided as free, adaptable resources and can be edited using Adobe InDesign / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Acrobat Reader. Christmas Real Estate Boards
Parishes wanting to display their Christmas mass times can choose from a selection of artwork templates and insert their own information. Instructions are provided in the folder. All you need to do is contact your local real estate agent to help sponsor the board! This typically takes anywhere from one week to a month to print and mount, so it is advisable to get in early and make contact with your real estate agent/printer now. Download templates >
Christmas Pull-up Banners
Some parishes have their mission/vision statement prominently placed at the entrance to their church to promote a sense of community and mission. These special Advent and Christmas themed banner templates can be printed at your local Officeworks and used to help welcome people as they enter Christmas celebrations. They can be used every year! Perfect for advertising your parish’s Christmas mass times and inviting the locals to join the celebrations. Some parishes have a hospitality team that manages a mail drop to the houses and shops in their area. Download templates >

In the Christian tradition, Advent is a time of waiting and preparation for the great feast of Christmas. Advent Preparation Sessions
"The Advent Heart"
Over two weeks in October, parish liturgy teams attended Advent preparation sessions hosted by the Archbishop’s Office for Evangelisation. The sessions included a two-part look at the Gospel of Mark and the Advent readings by renowned biblical scholar Rev. Prof. Francis Moloney SDB AO, as well as workshops on preparing the liturgical environment and music.
